The purpose of Calmvar Massage is to provide high-quality, professional services in a calm and safe environment, supporting physical regeneration and overall well-being.

By booking an appointment, the guest accepts the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Appointments

Appointments must be booked in advance via the website:

By confirming a booking, the guest agrees to these house rules.

2. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or modified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may result in the full treatment fee being charged.

3. Arrival

For your first appointment, please arrive at least 10 minutes earlier, as the treatment is preceded by a short consultation and the completion of the Calmvar intake form.

In case of late arrival, the treatment time may be shortened. The full treatment fee remains applicable.

4. Consultation and Intake Form

Prior to the treatment, a short personal consultation takes place to assess your current condition, potential complaints, and any relevant health information.

Completion of the Calmvar intake form is required to ensure a safe and personalized treatment.

5. Health Conditions and Responsibility

Guests are required to inform the therapist about any relevant medical conditions (e.g. injuries, surgeries, chronic illnesses, medications).

The treatment cannot be performed in the following cases:

• Fever or infectious illness

• Acute inflammation

• Recent injury

• Open wounds or contagious skin conditions

• Any other contraindicated medical condition

If you are unwell, please cancel your appointment as soon as possible.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information. The therapist cannot be held liable for consequences arising from withheld or inaccurate information.

Massage therapy is not a medical treatment and does not replace professional medical care.

6. Payment

Payment is due after the completion of the treatment and can be made on-site by cash or card.

7. Professional Conduct

Calmvar Massage provides professional, health-focused and regenerative services only.

Any inappropriate behavior or violation of professional boundaries will result in the immediate termination of the session.

8. Hygiene and Environment

Calmvar Massage maintains high hygiene standards and ensures a calm, respectful environment.

Guests are kindly asked to respect the premises and the professional setting.

9. Data Protection

Personal data provided during booking and through the Calmvar intake form is handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and is used solely for service-related purposes.
